An elusive dragon with blue patterns that glow in the dark on its head and chest. Some people claim to have encountered a terrifying monster at night. They go on to say that it looked like a Legendary Dragon, ruling over the world of dead. Currently, this type of rare dragon is being kept by the Laedis Academy.
